Devinder Singh, MD
Dr. Singh is the founding Chief and Medical Director of Plastic Surgery at the Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Maryland. He is board-certified in plastic surgery (ABPS), is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and elected into the American Association of Plastic Surgeons (AAPS). He is on the part-time teaching faculty at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and from 2008 to 2015 was on the full-time teaching faculty as Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. In 2011 his reputation for integrity and ability was recognized when Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley appointed Dr. Singh to be the only plastic surgeon on the State Board of Physicians. In 2014, the Governor further promoted Dr. Singh to Chair the state medical board for 2 years. Dr. Singh is widely published, delivers invited lectures internationally, and is an award winning cosmetic surgeon specializing in breast, body, and facial plastic surgery. He is educated and trained at Brown University for college, Columbia University for medical school, and Yale University for combined residency in general and plastic surgery. He has competed 15 humanitarian cleft lip missions all over the world, including Thailand, Vietnam, Colombia, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Honduras and Uganda.
